Risk

Risk management is a major concern in project management. Most times, it’s largely underestimated by inexperienced managers, but if there’s anything that’s certain in a project, it is the certainty of uncertainty. And that’s the essence of this training.

Is risk always a negative phenomenon? Is it worth to plan and monitor for risk in a project? How can one identify potential project risks? Once identified, what does the manager do with them? These and many more are what we’ll explore in the oncoming online training.
